YGM high pressure stone grinding mill,what's used for processing various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with moh's hardness less than 9.3 and humility less than 6%,it's widely used in the range of metallurgy,construction,chemical industry,mining,freeway construction etc.Examples of processed materials included quartz,feldspar,barite,calcite carbonate,limestone,talc,ceramic,iron ore,carborundum,bauxite,rock phosphate,coal and other materials,totally about 400 kinds of materials.
Specifications
Grinding mill,its fineness size is adjustable,ranging from 60 to 1250 mesh (It can even reach to 2500 mesh).
Working Principle:
In the main unit, a 1000-1500kg high pressure spring is fixed to the roller suspender. After the grinder put into effect, the roller will circle around the main shaft, and rolls closely against the grinding ring affected by the high pressure spring and centrifugal force. Under same condition, the roller pressure is higher than Raymond mill about 1.2 degree.When the stuff is loaded into the grinding cavity, it is shoveled into the space between the roller and the ring for grind. The grinding power goes into classifier along with the circulation wind of the blower and the standard fineness powder guide the cyclone collector and then larger size stuff falls back to the grinder for regrinding.The circulation wind returns to the blower to repeat the above process and the after wind enters into bag dust cleaner for purification.When there is abrasion between roller and ring, it is recommended to adjust the length of the spring to maintain the constant pressure between the roller and the ring hence to be ensured, the stable output and fineness.
